Need to tweak the app tiles in the list views to match the design. Including: * adjust type on title, author * add content rating * make stars blue Mat noted we might simply steal fireplace's svg for the stars bit.
Can we get info on font size & weight for these?

Tested with a Firefox OS device, we shouldn't need an image for stars, it doesn't exactly match the design, but we can care about that later.
