Details |
libadb has some trouble restarting currently if an existing server is in the way. Let's patch things up to make this more reasonable.

Improved restart when swapping back from console ADB

We've decided to focus on the binary-based ADB Helper at this time. We may revisit these if we pursue libadb again in the future.
