I copy/pasted the minimum I needed in detail.js, but really we should refactor search.js and move at least all the app install and index code out of it.

This will unbreak app install for details page.

The indexing code should allow for custom index configuration to be passed, and should return the appropriate promises allowing for it to be used in views.
