Description: If the user receives a notification while in a phone call, they will not be able to remove the call UI until some time after the notification pop-up goes away. Repro Steps: 1) Update two tarakos to BuildID: 20140415004002 2) With a secondary device, call the testing device and pick up the call 3) While in the call, use the secondary device to send a text message to the testing device 4) When the message notification appears on the testing device, use it to attempt to end the call. Actual: The call will be ended, but the device with the notification will not return to the home screen and the call timer will continue to increment until roughly 6 seconds after the notification pop-up disappears.
