DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
The frist DTMF is not smooth during a call.
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1. Idle -> Enable speaker -> Establish a call(10010/10086)-> Open dial pad during the call -> Dial a number -> The frist DTMF is not smooth(K.O)
Note:It is OK on Beetle Lite FF.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
MS has very smooth DTMF.

This is the same issue as 917193, this will be fixed once bug 848954 is fixed.

The final fix for this landed as part of bug 848954 and the workaround for this bug was removed in bug 980854.
