Description:
If the user taps the screen rapidly while there is an MP4 video playing that is at least 10MB in size, the video and audio will begin to stutter. The controls may also become unresponsive while the video and audio are stuttering.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140422014001
2) Launch the Video app and select a video that is at least 10MB large and is in the MP4 format.
3) Rapidly tap the screen for a few seconds so that the title and menu bars blink in and out rapidly.
4) Observe the video's reaction to the rapid tapping.
Actual:
After a couple seconds of tapping, the audio starts stuttering and the video slows down.
Expected:
The audio and video remain unaffected by the rapid tapping.
Environmental Variables:

Does not repro on Buri 1.3 mozilla RIL.

If you don't rapidly tap, do you still reproduce this issue?
I think the only use case I can think of is some sort of game that requires a lot of tapping like Flappy Birds.

The video played with no audio or video errors if the device was left alone during playback.
