We should make sure that every time the administrator deletes or renames something (eg keywords, components, attachment statuses, account email address), that the changes to the fields that contain what has been renamed are logged on bugs activity for the relevant bugs.

OK, currently if we write to history, bugmail gets sent about the changes. I don't think we should change this. I don't think this should be administrator optional. It should be up to the receiver to decide whether they want email. However, due to spam, we probably need to implement bulk notifications (bug #26943) first.

Bugzilla 2.20 feature set is now frozen as of 15 Sept 2004. Anything flagged enhancement that hasn't already landed is being pushed out. If this bug is otherwise ready to land, we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis, please set the blocking2.20 flag to '?' if you think it qualifies.

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist. This doesn't mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it. If you are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.

We don't document removal of attachments even though the activity log correctly shows the addition of an attachment. We should either remove the addition activity log entry (bad idea) or create a removal activity log entry. This behavior has been verified in Bugzilla 3.1.2.

This is fixed by the blocker for most objects, except a few which aren't currently using remove_from_db (and so won't yet track deletes). Separate bugs should be filed for those.

audit_log was created in the duplicate bug. This means every change (excluding bug creation) should be recorded in either audit_log, profiles_activity or bugs_activity. If its not, feel free to reopen this bug with what is missing.
