Affected:
32.0a1 Nightly as of today
31.0a2 Aurora as of today
STR:
- Have enough entries in the history for the newtab-page to be filled up in case of a tile being removed; ad-tiles in current Nightly will be enough.
- Make the window smaller than defined by browser.newtabpage.rows/.columns (my current configuration is showing 2 rows and 3 columns with the default values of 3/3)
- Pin and unpin a tab; do it a couple of times if necessary.
AR:
Unpinning causes the whole grid to bounce a bit to the left and back to the right
ER:
No bouncing.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:
Need to know if this should be fixed for 33.1 or not? There only a few days left for code changes to land and be tested.

I believe clarkbw meant to remove this from blocking the anniversary and move to followup work.
