Nothing has published hg nor old-style bugzilla messages to pulse in a long time.  The continued presence of the related code in mozillapulse, particularly the consumer classes, is misleading.

Although we may get at least an hg shim going again before too long, we should remove all unused code for now, and add it back if and when the shim is online.

Thanks!  Sounds like we might be adding the hg publisher back at some point, but we'll leave the code out until such time.
