Once we do this, we can likely revert the change in bug 1027125.

Let's add all of these to prefs_general. I don't think we have mtests that use about:accounts that use mozprofile, and if we do, then that'll be a nice excuse to make mozprofile use a list of its own (see bug 1023483). Try: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=ce2c70481ef1
