Neither one of these installed cleanly on the first try, so I reformatted the disk and gave it another shot.
On t-w864-ix-001, it seems to be hanging at the "Getting Ready" screen
On t-xp32-ix-001, it hands on the MDT "Processing Bootstrap Settings" screen at "Processing Rule: DEFAULT"
Coop also reported a failure to reinstall in bug 1036651
I'm wondering if either or both of these are related to removing the scl1 windows infrastructure, so I'm passing this off to Q to check that out.

Of course, just as I hit submit, t-w864-ix-001 finally moves past that screen. It's still worth checking on in a bit to see if it finished successfully since the failure mode of the last attempted install was that I came back and the screensaver was on. The xp node is still b0rken.
t-xp32-ix-001 is done and automatically moved out of the loaner ou

Looks like t-w864-ix-001 is still broken. Will try reimaging it again.

Still getting to the login screen and failing.
Reimaged 001 however, it is not seeing ANY video cards in the device manager.

Charmingly, it remained enabled and running production jobs through all that, though they're going rather poorly.
Disabled in slavealloc.

:philor which was enabled t-w864-ix-001 (broken), or t-xp32-ix-001 (working, in theory)?

Moving 866691 to the bug where we're dealing with broken w8 machines so we can resolve the other half of this bug.
No longer blocks: t-w864-ix-001

t-w864-ix-001 was enabled and taking production jobs between 2014-07-11 05:21 and 18:24, thus the failures in https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/recent/t-w864-ix-001 starting from the reimage while it was doing a job, and going through the errors from post-reimage resolution troubles, and whatever that last failure was, maybe me rebooting it to get it to stop.
