Turns out the last version of the Mercurial.rc patch had Windows line endings - whoops. Also, make sure that mktemp.exe isn't read-only so that mt.exe doesn't bomb out during packaging. http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-build/rev/8d8be9a5cfd5

fyi, I've tested with beta, aurora, nightly on win 7 32bit and win 7 64bit with success.
