Copy/pasting my dev-tree-management mail: It's a Windows PGO bug. We've had it before (pretty minor string changes regressing Windows PGO across the board), and it was "fixed" by another random string patch. This morning I landed a patch to disable VS 2010 PGO in js/src [0] (we also wanted to do that for other reasons, see the bug), so it should be back to normal soon.
