1) User clicks on the snippet, the Hello icon gets highlighted in the Chrome Please note this is all pending on what's happening on the UX/product side for functionality- I will make sure to link the correct UX/Product functionality bug for each scenario. Also Holly recommended that whomever works on this to work closely with Alex Gibson.

Hm, is there issue here that the Hello icon doesn't get unhighlighted? Or that it gets highlighted in the first place? What snippet URL can I use to test this?

I haven't been working on this so I'm not too sure on the URL, but I believe this bug is just for the creation of the snippet. Jean, is this a bug report or a feature request for a new Snippet feature? As far as I know, since about:home is already on the whitelist for UITour then highlighting this icon should already be possible.
