In bug 1053678 & bug 1058802 manual intervention was required to clear the cache after a repo was reset.
We need to:
1) Document how this is achieved at present, in case treeherder devs are not around.
2) Come up with a more sustainable solution, eg:
(a) Changing expiry times per bug 1053678 comment 1.
(b) Having something that can be performed via Django admin (ie: doesn't require ssh access to treeherder in production) and so can be carried out by sheriffs/IT & added to the "reset repo" docs that IT follows.
Any docs will also have to mention that (presumably) clearing will have to be carried out across dev + staging + production each time.
