When in the Settings app, trying to navigate to the Bluetooth panel causes the app to crash.

STR:

1. Open Settings app
2. Wait for Bluetooth panel to be ready
3. Tap on Bluetooth panel

Expected:
  Tapping on Bluetooth panel should load the panel normally.
Actual:
  Settings app crashes.

Using:

I was able to reproduce the issue at the above revisions, but I'm pretty sure the problem started manifesting at least a day before those commits. That may help narrow down determining a regression window. Nominating for 2.1 blocker as cannot access the Bluetooth settings seems pretty important.

removing blocking nom, Bug 1061437 is 2.1+ and fixed.
