win32 build 2001102203 on win2kpro-sp2
This is new as of today's build. Also, this bug may be mis-categorized -- might
be an XP-ism.
Go to the test URL, and right clink on a link, select open in new tab. Tab UI
is created content loads, tab label is placed, but content is not displayed.
Even if multiple tabs are created only the first tab's content is displayed.
