Apparently we fairly frequently have no-output timeouts while cloning gaia-central for gaia tests. For the most part, gaia tests run in 15-45 minutes, so they can afford one or two 1760 second clone timeouts and still finish in 7200 seconds, but with debug gaia-ui-test running at 70-90 minutes when things go well, adding in one 30 minute clone timeout is pushing it, and adding in two means there's zero chance of still finishing the run in 120 minutes.
Ridiculous a thing though this is to type, "because this 90 minute test suite quite often wastes 30-60 minutes cloning a repo, it needs at least 2.5 hours, and 3 would be better, maxtime to have a chance at finishing."
