To clarify this link is to be used only for the sponsored tile popups in the Tile. bug 1071822 is updating the link in the intro text popup.

The "Learn more..." link now points to: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/tiles/ (404: Page Not Found) instead of https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-tiles-work-firefox Tested on: - latest Nightly, build ID: 20140928030206 - latest Aurora, build ID: 20140928004003 Reopening issue.

My bad, I got confused. Based on comment 1 this implementation is only for the sponsored tile popups in the Tile so updating accordingly.
