Details

The Cert Viewer window has a Close button. The Cert Manager window doesn't. They should be consistent in this regard. Both or Neither.

As mentioned in bug 98586 and bug 83206, a close button is not needed in cert manager. However, the cert manager is a top level window with independent existence, while the cert viewer is a modal dialog. Not sure what should be done here. CC'ing some folks for opinions.
