The dialog box for the "Certificate Manager" needs a "close" button to be consistent with other dialogs.
see bug 83206 for a discussion of close buttons. The window manager close button is sufficient as per UI gurus' guidelines.

John, can you please elaborate your earlier comment? You seem to have a very good argument to add the close button back?
The situation with Mac OSX 10.0 was that the Cert Manager opened in the upper left corner of the screen, with the close button hidden beneath the Mac's title bar. That was solved by upgrading to Mac OSX 10.1 or higher. So, at this point, a close button beyond the one in the title bar of the window is not strictly necessary.
[RFE] is deprecated in favor of severity: enhancement. They have the same meaning.
