The dialog box for the "Certificate Manager" needs a "close" button to be
consistent with other dialogs.

see bug 83206 for a discussion of close buttons. The window manager close button
is sufficient as per UI gurus' guidelines.

nsbeta1 - The Cert Manager UI can effectively lock up Mac OSX 10.0 without a
close button.

John, can you please elaborate your earlier comment? You seem to have a very
good argument to add the close button back?

The situation with Mac OSX 10.0 was that the Cert Manager opened in the upper
left corner of the screen, with the close button hidden beneath the Mac's title
bar. That was solved by upgrading to Mac OSX 10.1 or higher. So, at this point,
a close button beyond the one in the title bar of the window is not strictly
necessary.

[RFE] is deprecated in favor of severity: enhancement. They have the same meaning.
