I'd need a regression window to do much with this. For whatever reason, this is completely busted on master, and it looks like the "Create Ringtone" dialog full-on crashes when you try to save. Given that not much has changed in that code, I'm going to tentatively blame mozSettings.

The music that was set as default is not used when receiving a call, and it is reflected on Settings > Sound > Ringtones section.
