[statusbar icons] Adding bookmark in browser breaks icon color

STR:

1.) Open browser app, and open any web page.
2.) Click on the `...` to bring up the actione menu.
3.) Click add to homescreen, and then click "Done" in the upper right.

Actual result, the statusbar icons are white on white.

Expected result, the icons should be black on white.
[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:
This is pretty bad UX, we should probably fix this for 2.1. I'm looking at it now.
