We shouldn't need to serve releases off of this after bug 1021026 is fixed. This will prevent us from putting an old release (that was submitted with download.cdn.mozilla.net) back on the beta channel, but I can't think of any reason why we would ever want to do that.
Basically, undo bug 1035334 and bug 1039715 now that we've updated the Balrog code to serve RCs through Bouncer again. No rush on this at all.
