str:
1. set keyword.enabled to false
2. type asdfkajsdf into the location bar
expected outcome:
- the default action should be displayed as "Visit asdfkajsdf"
actual outcome:
- the default action is "asdfkajsdf - search with google"
- selecting "search with google" navigates to http://asdfkajsdf/
