This is a meta-bug to track conformance with the 0.4 version of the homescreen grouping specification.

Main changes:

- Removed group names
- Compressed group headers
- No group dividers
- Alternating group background colours

Hi Chris 

I made some update to the spec:

1. Updated status bar of the homescreen to match the edit mode (1 for 1). 

There should be no overlapping issue now as the height of the rocketbar and edit bar are the same height. 

2. Added press state for collapse button on the homescreen.

3. Added rule for when the visual hint should appear at the top of the list (group creation).

Update to spec to include app placement hinting for groups.

I don't think this bug is useful anymore, will make sure that everything blocks the main app-grouping bug and mark this as fixed - the spec version in question is out of date, and we got pretty close anyway.

Verified fixed on the latest Nightly Flame 3.0 build

Results: Grouping functionality conforms to app-grouping specification 0.4 and all dependencies for this issue are verified fixed
