I noticed that after the loader refactoring some unit tests in calendar are not being run locally, or on CI. views/settings_test.js is one of these examples.
We should fix this asap as some functionality has regressed that would have otherwise been caught by these tests. One way to avoid this problem in the future is the test coverage tool that Ricky has been working on.
