In bug 837924 we are removing the connectivity checks for the contact detail buttons, leaving to the system the fact of showing the connectivity settings if there is no connection. We have 2 more actions that will require connection but we cannot leave to system: - Linking a contact - In settings enable sync. We will need ux input to know how we are going to display this fact.
