I need a way to differentiate when a locale has been translated or not on https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~pascalc/google_play_description/ I see (at least) two ways: * https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~pascalc/google_play_description/?locale_list=all&output=json only returns the translated string * Return an empty value in the json file

This will be part of the API I will provide, we had agreed on manual publishing for November 10 though. If there is a change of plans, I need to know and work only on that this week because I will be on PTO on Friday for a week.

Pascal is now returning the list of translated locales. I don't need this anymore then.
