Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011110 BuildID: 2001111008 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. use mozilla 0.9.5 with mail and news... 2. install latest nightly build 3. you don't "see" your mails anymore however you can scroll the inbox where the mails should be - i think they are like "invisible" 4. same to news... Actual Results: no mails / news shown Expected Results: should be displayed
typing something into the new little searchbox above the inbox-listbox also finds matches but they aren't shown...
ok! now i found the real reason for this bug... if you choose not to show the "Thread" column all mail messages disappear when you restart mozilla... wow it took me quite some time to find that out ;D new Reproduce Steps: 1. in Mozilla Mail click the very right button (on the header with Name / Subject and so on) 2. choose not to show the "Thread" column 3. restart mozilla 4. all mails are invisible! 5. choose to show "Thread" again 6. restart mozilla 7. all mails are there again
changed the summary
Summary: mail messages aren't displayed anymore → hiding column "thread" results in mail messages aren't displayed anymore
