Prerequisites:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a clean FF session and sign in to MP-dev page (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/)
2. Hover on “Settings” gear from the page header.
3. Choose the “Edit Account Settings” option.
4. Refresh the page.
Expected results:
No changes are made in the page.
Actual results:
The Recommendations checkbox is not checked. The page menu has a new link named “Recommended”.

Duping to bug 1097332 which hasn't been closed yet. Currently the tab only shows up if the waffle is enabled and the user is online. When bug 1097332 lands I'm hoping we can QA more thoroughly, thanks.
