STR:
1.) Go to reddit.com, and select any thread.
2.) Select some text from the title.
Expected Result:
Caret is similar in size to the cut/copy/paste buttons.
Actual Result:
Caret is too small to be of much use.

Triage: visual polish not a blocker, user can still zoom in pages to make selection. known issue and will be track and work on afterwards.
