This bug tracks all UI issues surrounding locale selector: 1. there is no UI to uninstall language/content packs; feature parity to skin packs. 2. language selector does not reflect newly installed packs (Pref dlg and View menu) - 57441 3. language selector does not indicate the current locale setting. The first item in the selector is shown as the selection. - 101869 4. outdated packs shows up in the selector - locale switching fails silently (w/o side-effect). Users should be prompted of this situation. - 91721
