I have a handsfree speakerphone that is both speaker and microphone. When I do calls with vidyo or skype I have them set to use this for sound output and microphone input. Loop allows me to set the microphone input device but not the sound output device, it just uses the default system output device which isn't helpful for me.

Note, this isn't Loop providing that setting - its general WebRTC API permissions functionality. AFAIK, there's no platform functionality which lets us select the output device at the moment. Maire: Am I right in thinking that we don't have a way to do this via the general media/WebRTC APIs at the moment? Do we know if there's any bugs on implementing those?

Loop needs Bug 934425 in order to implement this. We have made that bug a P2 (starting it soon), but it's not a small amount of work.
