Gaia/device: flame/3.0
steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you are not signed into FxA on the phone
2. Launch marketplace-stage app
3. Search for :paid
4. Start the purchase of one of the listed paid apps
expected behavior:
User is prompted to sign in to proceed.
actual behavior:
Nothing happens since the user is not signed in and has no clue why the purchase doesn't work.

Based on the recently announced future plans for the Marketplace to remove payments, closing these bugs.
