The screens provided with this ticket appear to be related to the Mozilla Marketplace implementation, and not the Boku payment panel. With the trusted browser UI, is it possible to force a "back" button to be displayed (i.e. as shown in https://bug1133587.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8565169), but disable the "Search Marketplace" textbox?

Sorry, these aren't Boku issues, these are the Marketplace terms and issues.

I have verified this issue on FFOS 2.0(Flame) and there are buttons to close the terms page without canceling the purchase flow in both create and confirm pin pages.

Ah ok, this is by design: https://github.com/mozilla/spartacus/blob/master/templates/pin-form.html#L17 because the terms are part of the native FXA flow and hence aren't shown for native flows.
