Hmm, this makes no sense to me. I can reproduce this on 2.1 but not desktop as per the STR. Nothing's changed here for a while (the most recent change to thsi code didn't touch styling) so it's unclear to me what the cause is. Needs further investigation.

Ah ok, this is by design: https://github.com/mozilla/spartacus/blob/master/templates/pin-form.html#L17 because the terms are part of the native FXA flow and hence aren't shown for native flows.

Actually on second thoughts this isn't FxA terms it's the marketplace terms. I suspect this is wrong.
