The completeMarUrl still points to ftp.m.o. We'll want to point it at S3, though maybe directly instead of using a queue.taskcluster.net address like packageUrl/testsUrl/etc. We can then remove the completeMarUrlTC hack. The partialMarUrls will effectively disappear with funsize, so those don't need to be changed for this bug.

I'm not sure what to do with this. We're pointing to download.cdn.mozilla.net instead of ftp.m.o. We'll start uploading through the new stage at some point, and the cdn domain might change then. And there's funsize coming along too.
