Details

When we switched from using wifi/sut to to adb to control devices and moved into the qa lab, we stopped running the remote tests over wifi. This has left us a deficit in testing actual networking performance. Not all of the devices have good wifi connections so the remote tests will need to be contrained to run on the devices with good wifi connections. We will also need to start running the phonedash server again.
