With the nexus 5 devices available again after bug 1159577, I am enabling them all for mozilla-inbound s1s2,webappstartup and back filling for 2015-04-30 to test their ability to run tests.

Also need to re-enable webappstartup for mozilla-aurora.

This deployment failed. I believe the fault was in bug 1119654. I have reverted the following on a branch on the host and have restarted. I've temporarily removed the Mm from testing.
