+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1019732 +++ now that slaveapi can start, stop, terminate, and create aws instances, this follow up bug should track any extra work required/requested from callek or the slaveloan project. i.e. 1) file tracking bugs 2) clean machines 3) support more regions/instance-types in addition, we can optimize or address feedback from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8581431&action=edit I should note I will not be actively working on this but I can action when required.

in addition, callek added CNAME step to documenation for slave loans. Bug #1019732 does not do that so that too can be part of this bug
