This covers the implementation of NS_THEME_CHECKBOX for HTML and XUL check boxes
on Windows. (Don't forget to implement tristate support...)

Done for XUL.  I'm going to want a separate bug for HTML form controls, since 
there will be special challenges there (i.e., do we follow the XUL skin or 
not)?

You just need one cross-platform bug for HTML, right? I'm assuming that bug will
"simply" be a matter of turning the form into XBL, with all the cross-platform
work that that implies, and then pointing it to -moz-appearance:checkbox, which
will give it the right appearance. If so, then the bug you are asking for is
already filed, it is bug 112716.

If not, please explain what you mean :-)
