* move build-setup.sh, hgrc, etc. from ubuntu-build to desktop-build * rename the latter to firefox-build since it's doing Android too

"mozharness-build" might be a better name for the image, actually. Even better if that could somehow indicate that it's for buildbase-based mozharness scripts (it passes options not present in buildb2gbase) 'buildbase-build'? 'releng-build'? dunno..
I had kinda hoped to do this at Whistler, but I still think it's worth doing. Feel free to assign to me if you'd like.
