This is a tracking bug for apps currently refactored to match the nga.
This tracking bug is a direct dependency of nga, even if sub-bugs of this tracking bug will likely depends on other direct dependencies of nga.
This is organize like this in order to have a clear distinction between the development of components necessary to powered the proposal versus the applications implementing it for validation purposes.
