Steps to reproduce:
- Run Firefox RTL Locales version (or use Force RTL addon)
- Open the netmonitor in developer tools
then, please refer to the attached file "netmonitor-rtl.png"
Actual results:

- The detail-pane-toggle button image should be flipped for RTL
- Timeline is wrong direction
- Information is not shown in the list view
