I noticed that the notification bar does not always change its colors properly. I saw this specially with Facebook. Sometimes the bar changes its color to Facebook's blue, sometimes it doesn't. I've also seen it change the background color without adapting the text color, which makes the notification bar hard to read. The screenshot I am attaching shows this last behavior.

I've noticed this too, and I think a dupe exists.

Fernando, are you able to get STR for the dark icon color from the screenshot? If so, we should re-open this bug and just deal with the icon color here. It's a different problem from the statusbar (theme) color.

I have not been able to reproduce it again. It was quite random anyway. I'll reopen the bug if I see it happening again.
