Can't install hosted app from https://irccloud.mozilla.com
STR:
- be sure you are not logged into https://irccloud.mozilla.com
- browse to https://irccloud.mozilla.com
- choose '...' then "Add to home screen" then "Bookmark"
- Screen displays "Add Application" section.
- The "Add" button highlights, but does not appear to do anything.

Yes, this is supposed to work. It's complaining that the manifest has an invalid content type, but I suspect it's getting tripped up by a relative manifest URL for some reason.
Rather than try to fix this we should probably just remove it when we remove the "add to homescreen" feature in bug 1187392.
