Once we figured out a correct patch for bug 1181255 we hit the builder limit: AssertionError: tst-linux64-spot-1473 has 4087 builders; limit is 4084 I guess we're starting with 4060, which isn't a lot of breathing room! It was mentioned that we've hidden Gip everywhere recently, and we may be able to stop scheduling them on older branches.

Dave, can you sign off on stopping buildbot scheduled Gip or connect me with someone who can?

All of the mozilla-esr31 builders can die once Firefox 40.0 ships (scheduled for August 11)

I'm closing this bug since we have not touched it in 7 months. On top of that, we've been disabling some b2g jobs and hopefully in the next 2 months we will disable Linux64 debug test builders since we have TaskCluster ones.
