+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1186003 +++

GTK3 builds now pass all of our Linux test suites (https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=elm). We should enable it by default on trunk.

This is the part for local builds see bug 1186003 comment 2.

Note Gtk+3 builds need both Gtk+2 *and* Gtk+3.

Yes, I do mean gtk2-devel in fedora.py. Note that the change in gentoo.py is exactly why we shouldn't have relied on the gentoo package dependencies in the first place.
