It might be better to also move timekeep on KK, for consistency. Otherwise, L build will have timekeep in hardware/sony/timekeep while KK will have it in external/timekeep which will be confusing.

Yes, moving timekeep simply for consistency, all of Sony's repos in the same place. I added PR for Shinano-KK.
